Who is responsible

Spartzbuilt is responsible for personal data collected on this site. You can reach us at spartz12@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you request access, we receive your name, email, organization, the type of organization and the person who introduced you. When you sign in, we record your email, your sign-in times, which documents and pages you open, how long you spend on them, any downloads, the questions you ask, and your acceptance of our confidentiality terms. That is so we know who has seen what during a transaction.

We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. The only storage the site sets is your sign-in session and a random reading-session id that is cleared when you close the tab. Reading time counts only while a page is on screen and you have been active in the last two minutes.

Where it is stored

Requests and access records live in a database dedicated to this room, hosted by Supabase in the United States (East). Cloudflare serves the site. Both act as processors.

If you use the question box in the room, your question and matching excerpts from documents you can already see are sent to Anthropic, which drafts the answer. Anthropic processes them on our behalf and does not use API data to train its models by default.

Why, and for how long

We use these details to run the transaction process and to answer your questions. We keep them for as long as the process runs and for a limited period afterwards, unless the law requires longer.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how we process it. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
